Streamlined systems, financial clarity, and curated engagement—giving dealers more time to connect with collectors and drive your business forward.

As the traditional gallery model struggles under high costs and digital transformations, independent dealers are left carrying too much risk alone. At S3S, our mission is to empower dealers with the tools, systems, and community they need to focus on their art, build relationships, and thrive sustainably.

Streamlining your finances, client management, and operations while offering specialized opportunities for client & market engagement —so you can focus on building relationships, driving sales, and shaping culture.

How we work with dealers:

  1. Flexible Partnership: We act as your behind-the-scenes partner, tailored to your needs.

  2. Long-Term Growth: Beyond admin, we provide strategy and structure for sustainability.

  3. Community & Engagement: Through online exhibitions and in-person events, we offer you a platform to showcase your artists, connect with collectors, and build lasting relationships.

Accounting & Financial Management

We provide end-to-end financial support—bookkeeping, accounts payable, commission tracking, sales tax compliance, profitability reporting, and cash flow management—giving dealers the clarity and confidence to focus on sales and long-term growth.

Process & Systems Optimization

We evaluate your current systems and implement efficient, organized processes—such as inventory management and collector databases—so your operations run smoothly and your client relationships remain strong and well-managed.

Contracts & Compliance

We draft and standardize consignment agreements, bills of sale, and loan contracts while ensuring compliance with UCC and resale regulations, and we review insurance coverage so dealers can operate with confidence and protect both their business and their clients.

Marketing Admin

We coordinate website updates, newsletters, and press materials—from inventory uploads and exhibition announcements to press kits, bios, and catalogues—so your marketing stays consistent, professional, and helps position you for stronger visibility with collectors and clients.

Event & Curation Support

Stall Three Studio hosts and organizes online exhibitions and in-person events in partnership with our dealers, providing a platform to drive sales, introduce new art trends, strengthen client relationships, and build community.

About Sterling Crawford

Sterling Crawford founded Stall Three Studio in 2023, following three years as a practicing artist, after recognizing the need in her community for a flexible platform to foster international art collaboration. Since then, the studio has curated multiple online exhibitions, published three catalogs, raised over $7,500 for STEM education, and hosted two Launch Events bringing international art to upstate South Carolina.

Prior to her full-time art career, Sterling worked for an accounting startup based in Nashville, TN, providing back-office accounting services to startups across the country. She recently expanded her finance and operational expertise at Moss Waters, LLC, a boutique advisory firm supporting professional services and family-owned businesses, focusing on accounting, business analysis, and outsourced controllership. She remains in this role today and spends her free time on her passion of art, whether it is painting, advising dealers through Stall Three Studio’s Dealer Services, or curating the next exhibition.

Sterling holds a BS in Finance from the College of Charleston (2019) and a Certificate in Art as a Global Business: Dynamics of the Art Market from Sotheby’s Institute of Art (2023), bridging professional experience and formal education to operate at the intersection of art, finance, and business strategy.
