For the first time, a high quality portrait of astronaut Charlie Duke on the Moon. This is an entirely new image, remastered especially for the Stall Three Studio Space Exploration Exhibition(?). By utilizing two separate frames of the original film, digitally remastered and seamlessly stitched together, it finally provides us with a wonderful portrait of Apollo 16 Lunar Module Pilot, Charlie Duke, along with the Lunar Module spacecraft that delivered Duke and Commander, John Young to the Descartes Highlands in April, 1972. This is currently the only edition series of this image available.
Catalogue Note: This is a newly remastered print of rarely viewed image of astronaut Charlie Duke on the moon during the Apollo 16 mission. This is currently the only edition series of this image.
For every purchase, $250 will be donated to the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation.
